Welcome to Open Spaces!

After 22 years of homeschooling (with 3 more to go!), I've come to realize that the homeschool community is one I always want to be a part of!

That’s why we’re so excited to launch Open Spaces as a new South Carolina 3rd Option homeschool accountability group!

Our goal is to walk alongside you as you homeschool—offering the structure you need to stay legally compliant in South Carolina, while also encouraging you to build a homeschool life you genuinely love.

As a member of Open Spaces, you can expect clear guidance on state requirements, support with record-keeping, and the accountability needed to homeschool with confidence. We offer the basics for grades K5- 8 in our Tier 1 membership, and in Tier 2 we offer more support and resources for all grades including high school.
